Frequently Asked Question

To disable  the Face Photo Recording, you proceed as follows: 

1) Enter the configuration menu:

- on FTSY802 from the yellow qrcode request and temperature screen, tap on the top right corner.

- on FTSY804 from the face recognition screen, tap the gear icon in the top right corner.

2) At the password request, enter 123456 (unless previously changed)

3) tap on APP SETTINGS >> CALLBACK SETTINGS

4) set INCLUDE IMGBASE64 IN CALLBACK to OFF
5) press the green OK button at the end of the page
